Tia McDougall

Hi! I’m Tia

I bring over 20 years of experience to our Catalyst team. In 1999, I graduated from Dalhousie University school of Physiotherapy. I continued my professional studies with the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and completed my Diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy. I'm also a trained Stott Pilates instructor and offer group and private classes in our Catalyst studio.

I'm a mother of 3 active daughters involved in swimming, golf, volleyball, figure skating and track and field. When not at work in our clinic, I enjoy coaching school and club volleyball, as well as, school run club.

Whether you are rehabbing an injury or trying to stay active, I'm excited to help you achieve your goals. My therapeutic classes in mindful movement help improve core strength, agility and spinal mobility. My practice focuses on injury prevention and overall heath.
