Not only will we teach you how to treat yourself, but we will tailor the approach that suits the mechanism behind your pain. Calming down the nervous system, modulating its sensitivity is key when trying to get your body moving better. In some circumstances we have to start with treating inflammation, optimizing it so to speak, by allowing it to its job as effectively as possible.
